Western Tokyo Private tour
If you have more than 2 days for Tokyo, I recommend one day exploring the Eastside and one day for the Westside, as there is much of Tokyo you can’t miss.

Highlights
Tokyo Metrpolitan Government Building
Enjoy panoramic view of Tokyo from free observatory. Famous landmarks such as Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower can be seen. Even Mt.Fuji, if you’ve got lucky!
Meiji-jingu Shrine
One of the most important shrines in Japan, where you can escape the busy streets of Tokyo, sense the shrine’s sacred atmosphere surrounded by 100 year forest.
Harajuku
Takeshita street – the center of Japan’s Kawaii culture. Discover Tokyo’s most fashionable place for young Tokyoites.
Omotesando street
Developed as main approach road to Meiji-jingu Shrine. High-end shopping street today. Stop by at Oriental Bazaar, a long established souvenir store for reasonable priced Japanese items,(*closed on Thursdays) and Kiddy Land to amuse kids.
Local lunch
Lunch is flexible in the area. Okonomiyaki Japanese savory pancake, ramen noodles, soba noodles with Tempura, circulating sushi restaurant and such.
Ura-harajuku
(Cat street)
The back street of Harajuku, a narrow road connecting Harajuku and Shibuya. Countless sophisticated shops are attracting fashion-conscious young generations.
Shibuya
Be part of the world busiest Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Take a picture with Hachi dog statue, honoring the most loyal dog in Japan. Experience Japanese people’s food life at Tokyu Food Show, called Depa-chika.

Various types of animal cafes are spotted in the area. Cats, dogs, hedgehogs, awls and even pigs! We can visit some if you’re interested in.
2D/3D latte art
Some cafes are specialized in 2D or 3D latte art on your drink. You can try with your favorite picture.

Local dinner experience is available with extended hours. Why don’t we grabbing a drink at the end of tour?

・This tour is basically a walking tour, using public transportation such as subways and trains. Please join with comfortable walking shoes.
・We can go for taxis upon your request at your expense, anytime if you wish.
・If someone in your group needs special care for long walking and stairs, let me know in advance.
・Please bring some cash in Japanese yen, since credit card is not accepted for vending machines, small shops and restaurants in Japan.

Extra hours are available to enjoy dinner, from the very local Izakaya for grabbing a drink, to authentic Japanese cuisine. Feel free to ask me whatever you wish to try.

Hired car option
Hired car arrangement is available upon your request. Ask me availability as early as possible, preferably at least 2 weeks prior to the tour.
8H hired taxi (up to 6 people including guide) : 41,850 JPY
I don’t take any charge. I make a booking, and you can pay the cost to driver at the end of tour day. Credit card is available on payment.
