Terms and Conditions
– Participant numbers of the group :
Up to 6 people in a group. Please be noted if you appear in more than reserved numbers, the tour can be cancelled with no refunds.
– Where to meet and end-up:
Meeting place can be arranged either at your accommodation or any preferred place in central Tokyo . Drop-off place as same. If you want to meet or end-up outside Tokyo, please let us know in advance.
– Extra hours :
As for the tour of “One day escape from Tokyo as you like”, it might take more than 8 hours to get back. I won’t charge you for extra hours as it’s also fun for me to get refreshed.
– Insurance :
The tour does not include insurance. We strongly recommend you get travel insurance before you arrive in Japan. We’re not responsible for any damages, loss and injuries during the tour.
– Transportation :
Our tours are basically walking tours using public transportation such as trains, buses and boats. We can give you tips for you to use transportation network in Japan by yourselves freely following days.
Taxis are available on your expense when you feel you need them. Hired cars can be arranged with advanced booking. Please ask details for hired car arrangement in advance.
– Payment by PayPal :
We ask advance payment through PayPal for guide fee. We’ll send you the invoice by e-mail after discussing our tour plan and having reached the agreement of itinerary.
– Cancellation Policy :
If you wish to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation charge will be levied.
| If cancelled 72h prior to the tour： | none |
| If cancelled 72h to 24h prior to the tour: | 50% of the tour cost |
| If cancelled on the day of the tour : | 100% of the tour cost |
Cancellation procedure (refund) will be done through PayPal. We may consider the unavoidable cancellation coming from reasons beyond human control such as natural disasters and flight cancellation. In any case, it would be appreciated if you let us know the situation as soon as possible.
– What we cannot offer :
We are not a travel agent. We’re not allowed to offer packages including booking for transportations and accommodations by Japanese regulations. We can help you exchange the JR-Pass etc during the tour if you like.
